Questions and Answers

Q: Do you offer a discount on the first session?

A: No, because the first coaching session is a real work session. I will provide you with as much value as you will have during any other sessions. Prior to the first session, we can have a 30 min discovery call/meeting, during which you can tell me all about your situation and I can establish whether I will be a good for you. Please be aware I don't take every client - only those, who are 100% committed to make changes in their lives and ready to work on it.

Q: Do I have to sign up for a coaching programme?

A: Not at all! Whether you book a whole programme or just one session is entirely up to you. The amount and frequency will vary from person to person and depends on the purpose of the coaching.

Q: Am I obliged to give an answer during the discovery call/meeting?

A: The final decision is entirely up to you and you can take as much time as needed. However, please be advised that I have bookings a few months in advance so delaying with your decision may delay your progress.

Q: Does the session have to last for an hour?
A: No, although in my experience, an hour gives you time to get as much value as possible. If 20 or 30 minutes is enough for you, that’s fine. I have several clients who want 2.5 h hours per session - and that is totally fine with me. Everyone is different and I embrace it!

Q: How much notice do I have to give if I need to cancel a session?

I ask for a 48 hour cancelation notice to be fair to other clients. I have a waiting list of people wanting to work with me, so if I have plenty of notice I can help them, too!

Q: Are all our meetings confidential?

My promise to you is everything is absolutely confidential unless there is something dangerous or a crime has been committed. I want you to feel safe and secure in our sessions, so no judgement, no gossip, no attitude is 100% guaranteed!
